Loch

This short break combines
two days walking and one day cycling in the Trossachs, one of the loveliest
parts of the highlands, but so easy to get to from either
Glasgow or Edinburgh. Starting and finishing at Callander, the first
two days take you over mountain passes frequented by the highland legend
and cattle chief, Rob Roy McGregor, passing by 3 splendid freshwater
lochs. Then you have a day making your way back to your starting point
by mountain bike on good off-road cycle tracks through glens and alongside
lochs and fast flowing rivers.
A perfect way to enjoy a few days
in the peace and tranquility of the Scottish Highlands. As
with all of our holidays and short breaks, accommodation is in good
quality Bed and Breakfasts or small Hotels. Prices include, accommodation,
written maps and guides, fitted mountain bikes, and door to door luggage
transfer.
